• MODE OF ACTION

• Clomazone: A systemic herbicide absorbed by the roots and shoots and moved upwards. It disrupts synthesis of chlorophyll and carotene. Affected plants are bleached white followed by necrosis. Quizalofop-p-ethyl: A systemic herbicide absorbed from the leaf surface and moved via phloem and xylem allover the plant. It accumulates in the growing points. Fomesafen: A contact herbicide that acts by causing irreversible cell membrane damage.

• PREPARATION OF SPRAY MIXTURE: Fill the spray tank half way with water. Add the recommended amount of B-SAFI 180 EC and stir. Add the remaining amount of water and continue stirring constantly until a uniform mixture is formed.

• APPLICATION TIMING: Apply B-SAFI 180 EC early post emergence once per season when weeds are at 3-4 leaf stage.
